Each order placed on the site is manually checked by Norberto to ensure the actual availability of the requested bottles and offer the best possible service.

Sending the order

You can freely select wines from our shop and complete your order online.

The order is not automatically confirmed: each request is personally reviewed before shipping.

Check availability

After receiving your order, we’ll check the availability of the requested bottles.

You will then receive an email confirming the availability of the requested wines, the shipping cost, the final order total, and instructions for payment by bank transfer with a dedicated IBAN.

In case of unavailability

If any bottles are temporarily unavailable, you will be contacted directly by email.

We will suggest similar alternatives, agreeing on the best solution together before finalizing your order.

Shipping

Shipments are made via FedEx.

We use professional packaging for 6 standard-size bottles, designed to ensure maximum protection, stability, and temperature maintenance of the bottles during transport.

Each shipment is prepared with the utmost care to ensure your wine arrives in the best possible condition.

Upon shipment, you will receive international tracking information via email.

Once the shipment reaches the destination country, domestic tracking will also become available for the final delivery stage.
